Using the site
The web-site has been designed so that it is as easy to use as possible. Begin by searching for a product you would like, to do this, enter a key-phrase in the box in the top-right hand corner of the screen. A key-phrase is a word or phrase which is contained in the item you are looking for. For example, if you are looking for a 32a PVC bra, then "PVC" would be a good key-word. Key-phrases should not be sentences or be specific, so "32A PVC bra with furry cups" is not a good key-phrase and will probably not result in any products found.

Once you have a list of products which match your key-phrase, you can browse through your pages of matched products by clicking on "Next" or "previous" at the bottom of the page and above the results.

When you have found a product you like, click on the product name or image for more information. Click on "add to Cart" to add the product to your on-line shopping basket. From there you can click next and follow the instructions on-screen to buy a product or click on "continue shopping" to add more items to your basket before buying.

Additionally, occasionally stores a cookie on your machine which will allow us to recognise you when you return, and present you with special offers and products we think you will like. Delivery and Orders
All products delivered to your door will be packaged in plain boxes or unbranded envelopes. There will be no indication on the outside of the package, that it contains anything of a sexual or novelty nature. Most orders will ship 2-3 business days after payment has been received. In rare cases, for example when we have run out of a particular item of stock and are waiting for it from the manufacturers, it may take up to 21 days for delivery. If a product ordered is now obselete, we will endeavour to contact you by email as soon as possible, we can then give you a refund or exchange it for a different product.

Web-site and Credit Card Security takes every pecaution in securing customer information. We use state of the art encrytion techniques to insure your information stays safe. The security precautions used on are the same type used by the on-line banks and financial houses. The site is fully secure, utilising some of the most advanced (128bit SSL) encryption available. This means that if information you submit to us from a secure section of is somehow intercepted by a computer hacker, they will not be able to decode it, and the information will be useless to them.

How can I tell if the web-site is secure?
When you are in a secure part of a web-site, there should be a small, locked padlock at the bottom right of your browser window. On Internet Explorer (the browser which comes with Windows), it looks like the picture below.

These security precautions on mean that sending credit card details over our web-site is safer than giving a credit card number out by telephone, and far safer than using a credit card in a resteraunt. Giving credit card details online, on a secure web-site which has the padlock symbol, is probably the safest form of credit card transaction you will ever do.

Returns Policy & Our Satisfaction Gaurantee

Every item you order from is protected by our Quality Guarantee.

We will happily replace any defective item with a new, identical, working item free of charge. If you receive an item and it is defective upon receipt, please contact our customer service either by emailing us at or calling our Customer Service desk (toll free) at 866-937-7255. We will immediately send you a replacement with a prepaid, return shipping label for the defective item.

We respect your decision to cancel your order. Please make sure you really want your order before you place the order because your order is automatically routed to our warehouse when it is received and prepared for shipment.  You must notify us in writing through our website.  If your order has shipped and you want it canceled, you will need to return the order to our office. A 10% restocking fee will be applied along with the shipping cost for us to send the items to you.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. When your merchandise arrives, inspect it carefully before you use it (merchandise that has been used may not be returned). If it is not what you expected or you are not satisfied, return it for an exchange or a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Because of strict Public Health laws in the State of Arizona we are required to have a Quality Assurance Technician inspect all returned items. Our refund policy excludes any item that has been used.
